We have recently moved into a new house in Petersfield built by Amiga Homes. Having reserved the property earlier in the year we were able to have an input with the specification to suit our requirements - choosing the underfloor heating, kitchen layout and flooring etc. We have found buying from David Stone of Amiga a stress free experience and are entirely happy with the finished product. It goes without saying that we love our new house. We had been searching for a new property for 18 months and by pure luck were introduced to Amiga Homes. Throughout the whole process we had regular contact with David the owner of Amiga Homes and he personally accommodated all of our preferences. He allowed us to put our own stamp on the property and we appreciated all of the time and effort he put into working with us throughout the process. Despite all these changes including flooring, paint colours, relocating fireplaces etc David still finished the project exactly to schedule.We not only have a fantastic home but feel reassured and have a tremendous peace of mind knowing the house comes with a ten year warranty which includes all snagging and later potential settling.
